Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened skincare products are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
