Returns
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened skincare products are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return.
Items damaged due to customer handling cannot be returned.
Products purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
